- Connect a POS to ticket sales Register a point of sale, couple it with your KORONA account, and make events sellable at the counter.
- Set up scanners and entry hardware Connect KORONA.entry so gate scans reach KORONA Event tickets, and know the fallback when hardware is unavailable.
- Sell tickets through self-checkout Make offers available on a self-checkout kiosk and understand its opening hours and the customer flow from booking to receipt.
- Print tickets, receipts, and vouchers Print issued vouchers and reprint tickets from an order at the POS, with back-office downloads as a fallback.
- Print directly to a printer Set up printers for a point of sale, send items such as membership cards straight to a printer, and check the result.
- Handle scanner or hardware downtime Keep the entrance moving during a scanner outage with manual lookup and check-in, then reconcile afterward.
