Use Orders in the KORONA Event reseller portal to find your organisation's orders and send tickets to your customers.
Find an order
- Sign in to the reseller portal and select Orders. The Overview also lists your most recent orders.
- Enter an Order number or your reference and select Search. For a more specific search, expand Filters, choose from the table below, then select Apply filters. All selected filters apply together. The number beside Filters shows how many additional filters are active, even when the section is closed.
- Select a column heading to sort the matching orders. Select it again to reverse the direction. The arrow shows the current direction. Sorting applies to all matching orders and returns to the first page; your search and filters remain selected.
- Select Next page for more results. Clear filters removes the search and filters and returns to the default list, with the newest orders first.
- Select an order number or another part of its row to view its items, quantities, status, and tickets. You can also open the row's links in a new browser tab.
| Filter | Use it to find |
|---|---|
| Created date | Orders placed on a day or within a date range. |
| Visit date | Orders containing an event or admission that starts on a day or within a date range. |
| Guest | Orders for the guest whose details were provided. This is separate from the booking agent. |
| Booked by | Orders placed by a particular reseller agent. |
| Offer | Orders containing an event, admission, product, or voucher. Search and select any of these in the same dropdown; the type appears beside its name. |
| Status | Orders in the selected state. |
| Settlement | Financial administrators only: Unbilled shows orders with amounts not yet on an issued settlement invoice. |
Expired means a draft's checkout hold has ended. You can open the order to view its details, but you cannot continue or change it. Start a New order if you still need to book; availability is checked again for the new order.
For either date filter, choose Yesterday or Today, or select the first and last date in the calendar. Visit date also offers Tomorrow. Select the same date twice for a single day. Dates and displayed times use the timezone of the business you sell for, shown below the filters. The entire selected last day is included, even when clocks change. If you combine Visit date and Offer, the selected offer must start in that date range.
Type a name in Guest, Booked by, or Offer to find matching choices from your organisation's orders. The dropdown shows up to 30 matches; keep typing to narrow the results. Orders without guest details remain visible without a guest filter and show Not provided. Older orders may not have a booking agent recorded.
Use Clear inside a date filter, or the clear button beside a selected dropdown value, to remove that filter. Select Apply filters to return to the first page with your updated choices.
If no order matches, the list says so and offers Clear filters. Before your organisation's first order, the list shows No orders yet instead.
Agents in the same organisation share one order book. It includes orders placed for your organisation through other channels agreed with the business you sell for. Orders without that attribution are not listed. Contact the business you sell for about a missing order.
Understand and manage an order
The order number, status, and your reference appear at the top of the page. The Order overview shows when the order was created and last updated, the guest, and the booking agent. Dates and times use the timezone of the business you sell for, shown below the overview.
Items shows each offer, its quantities and price categories, and its recorded amount. Scheduled events and admissions show their visit date and time. Admissions that do not need a visit date say No visit date required.
Order totals shows Retail prices, discounts, and the order total. Your commission or reseller discount and voucher payments are shown separately, followed by the Invoice amount your organisation will be invoiced. Until the order appears on an issued settlement invoice, it is marked Not yet invoiced; booked orders use their recorded commercial terms. Amounts include applicable taxes. Cancelled items stay listed for reference but are not included in the totals. If settlement details are unavailable for an older order, you can still see its items and recorded amounts; contact the business you sell for about its settlement.
Select Continue order to resume an unexpired draft. Select Manage order to open an existing order's available actions. Expired orders remain view-only and have no Continue order action. For a booked order, use Change or cancel to review eligible changes; see Change a booked order. Cancelled orders offer View order history when available.
If your portal uses the booking form with Choose tickets and Add to cart, saved drafts reopen in that booking form. Booked orders still provide documents and eligible whole-order cancellation; item editing is unavailable.
Some orders in your history are available only for viewing and ticket downloads. If Manage order is not shown, contact the business you sell for about changes or cancellation.
Download tickets
Under Tickets, select Download PDF. The portal waits briefly if the tickets are still being prepared. If the download fails, try again. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are available when supported for the order.
If the order has no download button, tickets are not available for delivery, for example because the order is not booked yet. Contact the business you sell for if you need help.
Match tickets to your own booking
When an order includes Your reference, it appears on tickets, order confirmations, and settlement invoice lines. Use it to match these documents to your own booking or voucher. A reference can contain up to 64 characters.
Guest details are optional. Provide only the name, email address, or phone number needed for ticket delivery and support. These details do not change which organisation is billed or who placed the order. Required attendee fields on tickets still apply.
Share tickets with a guest
- Select Create order share link to share all tickets in the order, or Create ticket share link beside an individual ticket.
- Under Share links, select Copy share link and send it to your guest using your own messaging service. If copying is unavailable, copy the URL from the field manually.
- The recipient opens the link without signing in and sees the selected ticket codes on the online shop’s Your tickets page. If tickets are still being prepared, the page updates automatically; select Check again to retry manually. The page does not show prices, your commercial terms, or attendee details. A single-ticket link does not show the other tickets. Share links display ticket codes; they do not provide PDF or wallet downloads.
Each link is labelled with the ticket number it shares, or All tickets in this order. Links expire after seven days; the expiry time appears below each link. Select Revoke link and confirm to stop further access immediately. Revoking a link does not cancel the order or invalidate tickets already downloaded, printed, or copied. Ask the business you sell for if a ticket itself needs to be cancelled.
Expired and revoked links no longer open. Create a new link if the guest still needs access.
