Use the KORONA Event reseller portal to see what your guests paid, what you keep and what the operator invoices you, which orders still need billing and which issued invoices have been paid. Sign in with a Financial administrator contact. Booking agents can still book orders and download tickets, but cannot see financial information. Ask your administrator if you need financial access.

How the amounts fit together

Every order, invoice and export uses the same three amounts:

AmountMeaning
Retail pricesWhat your guests pay for the tickets and items, before your commission or reseller discount.
Your commission or Your reseller discountYour share, as agreed per product tag. Your agreement decides which of the two applies.
Invoice amountWhat the operator invoices you: retail prices, less any discounts, your share and redeemed vouchers.

For example, you sell a ticket for €39.00 with a 10% commission: the invoice amount is €39.00 − €3.90 = €35.10.

See what is not yet invoiced

Open Invoices. Not yet invoiced shows the totals of all orders that are not on an issued settlement invoice yet: retail prices, your commission or reseller discount, and the invoice amount, with the number of orders and their date range. Voucher payments shows confirmed voucher payments less refunds, already deducted from the invoice amount.

  • Select Show these orders to open Orders filtered to Settlement: Unbilled. Open an order for its amounts.
  • Use Download breakdown to get every line not yet invoiced, including voucher payments, as CSV or Excel, with the same columns as an invoice breakdown and an empty invoice number. Its Invoice amount column adds up to the total shown here.

These orders appear on the next settlement invoice for their period. The amounts change only if the order changes before then. When an invoice is issued, its orders leave these totals and appear under the invoice.

Follow an order's settlement

Open Orders, then select an order. Settlement shows its billing state separately from its booking state.

StateMeaning
UnbilledAt least one amount or correction is waiting for an issued settlement invoice.
InvoicedThe amounts are on issued invoices, with a payment or refund still outstanding.
PaidAll related issued invoices have completed payment or refund.
Billed outside the portalThe order is billed through another billing process. Contact the operator about its documents and payment.
No settlement dueThere are no outstanding captured amounts to settle, for example after a cancellation before invoicing.

Commission not yet invoiced (or Reseller discount not yet invoiced) is your share of amounts that are waiting for an invoice. Commission on issued invoices (or Reseller discount on issued invoices) comes from issued documents. An order can have both: for example, an original invoice may be paid while a later correction is still waiting for an invoice. Issued invoice PDFs are authoritative for the amounts due.

Download issued invoices

  1. Open Invoices.
  2. Find the invoice by its number and settlement period. The row shows the total, due date and payment or refund state.
  3. Choose Download PDF. Use this document for your settlement records.

This list contains your company's settlement invoices and credit notes. End-customer invoices are not listed. Corrections identify the earlier invoice they correct; keep both documents. Next page shows older invoices.

Download links expire. If a saved link stops working, sign in again and use Download PDF on the invoice row. If no invoices are listed, ask the operator whether the settlement has been issued.

Download the invoice breakdown

Use Download breakdown beside the invoice to see the bookings and products that make up that document.

  1. Choose CSV or Excel (XLSX) under File format.
  2. Select Prepare breakdown and keep the page open while the file is prepared.
  3. When the file is ready, choose Download file.

The breakdown has one row per entry on that settlement invoice. It uses the prices and agreement terms recorded for those entries, even if the order or agreement changes later. Corrections are separate invoices with their own breakdown and references to earlier invoices.

The first columns answer the reconciliation questions; accounting detail follows.

ColumnHow to read it
Booking number / Your referenceThe order number and the reference you entered when booking, so you can match the row to your own records.
Line ID / Reverses line IDA stable ID for the row. A reversal names the ID of the row it reverses.
Service date / Booking dateWhen the visit takes place and when the order was booked. Your agreement decides which of the two assigns the row to a settlement period.
Retail price per unit / Retail priceWhat your guest pays per unit and in total. A blank unit price means the historical record does not contain it.
Discount / Volume adjustmentDiscounts that reduce the retail price before your share is calculated.
Rate type / Rate (%) / Commission or reseller discountYour share: commission or reseller discount, the percentage applied and the amount. Different recorded rates remain separate rows.
Redeemed vouchersVoucher amounts already redeemed. Refund rows have a negative amount.
Invoice amountThe row's signed contribution to the invoice total: retail price less discounts, your share and redeemed vouchers.
Ticket tax / Commission tax / Total taxThe tax included in the ticket amount and, for commission agreements, the tax of the commission, with their total. These amounts are already included in the invoice amount.
Calculation basis / Calculation base / … (net) / … tax rate (%) / Tax in …How your share was calculated and its net amount and tax.

Negative quantities and amounts reverse earlier entries. Sum Invoice amount to obtain the invoice total; use the PDF for the payment terms and tax summary. Spreadsheet amount columns are numeric. German CSV files use semicolons between columns and decimal commas; English CSV files use commas and decimal points.

If preparation fails, select Try again. If you leave the page or a saved download link expires, open the invoice and prepare the file again. Only financial administrators of your company can download your breakdowns while signed in.

Read your agreement

Open Agreement terms for your current rate type, rates by product tag, settlement interval, date basis and payment terms. Commission agreements use Commission; net-rate agreements use Reseller discount. The page is read-only. Contact the operator to request a change.

Current rates do not recalculate commission or reseller discounts already recorded. Historical sales stay in the month determined when their amounts were recorded.

Read monthly figures

Open Statistics, select a Month, and choose Show month. Each product row shows orders, net tickets sold, redeemed tickets, retail prices before discounts, your commission or reseller discount not yet invoiced, and your commission or reseller discount on issued invoices. Signed corrections reduce the relevant totals. Orders containing several products count in each relevant product row, so adding the row order counts does not give a unique order total.

Sales use the recorded date basis from the agreement. Redeemed tickets count check-ins during the selected month, including tickets sold in earlier months. A later invoice or correction can update an earlier month. Orders billed outside the portal remain visible in Orders, but appear in Statistics only if settlement amounts have been recorded in KORONA Event. Commission or reseller discounts billed outside the portal are not included in these totals. Use issued invoice PDFs for the final payment and tax details.
